So, your opening sentence reads "..Lockheed Martin has made a many of contributions..."

The Toyota corrolla rebadge to Chevy was odd if only for the procession of names it received: Malibu, Classic, and Prizm were all Corrollas. In a side note, they were all built at Toyota's SF plant that is now Tesla's, and during the mfg time this car was rebadged it was -at the same time- Toyota's worst quality level plant worldwide, and GM's best quality level plant worldwide.

Some of us haven't bought into a tablet yet because we want a full computer without the keyboard. I want a tablet with full power and wacom pressure sensitivity built in. I bet I'm not alone, it's just a niche.

The one at 21sec is some kind of mix, I think. Looks like part West Highland White Terrier, and part... dunno. A Westie's ears don't flop over, but the face looks otherwise just right.

I think it's 20" because they can't do lenticular lenses to get different pixels to each eye from across the room. the precision is too high. If they make it small enough, you sit closer, and the lenses can function at the closer distance range.

Umm, if there is a flash illuminating the subject, and the camera is sensitive to that flash, then a catchlight is pretty much inevitable.

the focal distance from the lens to the sensor in ef and ef-s lenses allows for room for the mirror to move. If they were to make an EVIL body, to focus with ef or ef-s lenses would require an adapter or something... The micro 4/3 format allows for a closer distance between the sensor and lens to give the benefit of a smaller, lighter body.

Very cool technology, but I wonder how long they will take to make a lens that can work with a sensor of DSLR size... Currently their biggest sensor size is 1/4" (6mm) square.

I'm going to go with a Scottish Terrier. Ours has a pretty good life, and tons of attitude, but also exhibits unconditional love, which is a trait that I aspire to and fail at.

The XSi was my biggest purchase($630 kit new), but the Tamron 28-7 f/2.8($450 new) was a close second. With that setup and the 430EXII, I kind of laugh to myself when I think of the @2 dog collars I'm using to extend my neckstrap. Hanging $1200 by a pair of $2 collars...
