Shellye reminds young people again the importance of planning and the persistence to carry it through.  "Taking the complex and making it simple" is also a very valuable talent for people living in the complex and fast-paced modern society.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;An article on time management I read before described "multi-tasking" as "not doing multiple things at the same but prioritizing things and doing one task at one time."
