Hi Burt,
I have done a little experiment. I jump through a door and meet up with my desired dopperganger and then we jump through countless doors within the door. This seems to take me deeper into meditation.
I've also used a reversed bagha, since I can't seem to master my emotions surrounding unwanted circumstances;
as a result of keeping my tongue on the bottom of my mouth I got
a swarm of insecure thoughts and feelings. I seem to manifest the very things I detest or fear. I don't think I have negative esp. I have had some positive esp events in my life. If only I could become better at releasing . I know that has to be the key.

I have no doubt that alternate dimensions exists. I once sensed two of myself identical. However, it will be hard to comment fully on the free course until I learn more.

It takes a certain meditative state of mind, to sometimes even fathom certain wonders and mysteries. I once perceived two doubles of myself. I can't wait for the next lesson.
