I've got my eyes, legs, fingers, and toes crossed that Month #13 brings your lucky ticket out of the long-term care big house.

Re: This Song Has Been Stuck In My Head For Over A Week!

Only too glad to oblige, Nick!

Re: Democrats Ignoring Long-Term Care, Activists Respond. LET MY PEOPLE GO!

Talk to me about house calls! I was one of those retarded doctors who liked to go visit the homes of people who were having trouble getting around. Think I ever got paid for those, no matter how carefully I documented the encounter? I gave up. I didn't stop going, but I gave up billing for them. And they happened after work or on a slow day's lunch, when I wouldn't cut into the all-important office visit volume. YET ANOTHER ridiculous way of screwing individuals with acute or chronic problems into assisted, expensive care and out of their homes.

Re: The ADA Turns 19. Are Businesses Listening?

Ah, Nick? I think I get the point about accessibility and the law, but Popeyes? Really? Seems like maybe ADA non-compliance saved you from a stroke.

Re: Beware of “Evergreening”: The Pharmaceutical Scam That Could Cost Your Family Thousands

I LOVE it! Celexa PLUS. I'm actually cracking up at the thought of a marketing meeting at a drug company about that.

Pharmacists usually know all this too, and can be terrific sources of information regarding identical, or therapeutically similar substitutions.
