I'm working on a few things to make getting a basic nagios setup up and running a lot easier than it is now.

Re: End of an Era

Hey Thanks! You are right about taking things one step at a time. I think a lot of the problem was just putting to much pressure on myself. I probably will go back to Cocoa eventually, but I'm certainly going to enjoy my break!

As for the CocoaHeads, they are a good bunch of guys. I don't have any hard feelings or anything towards them at all. I was just trying to illustrate the changes in my plans and why I decided to walk away from programming, at least for a while.

Who knows, maybe I'll see you at WWDC one of these days!

Re: Moving to Ubuntu: F-Spot

Wow, nope, I didn't know about that. I'm going to have to give it a try the
next time I'm going through my photos. Thanks for the tip!

Re: On Graduation Day

@JS

Thank you for your comments! If my story made you think, then I know I've done my job. I know how you feel, believe me, I've been there. I wouldn't try to tell you what to do or anything, but it's never too late. I know that sounds cliche, but it's true. I'd encourage anyone to finish their degree, and if its on your mind, than maybe it really is time to take another look at it.

Best of luck to you, whatever you decide.

Re: Creative Uses for Wordpress

@Jon

Sure, here you go:

System: SSS
Date: DDD
Name: NNN

===============================================================

Describe the change here.

===============================================================

Re: Creative Uses for Wordpress

@Anon: Ha! Good point, I never gave it a second thought. How about pow! Or, boom!?

Re: Colophon

Sarah,

Thanks for the comment, I think its apparent that SixApart has some great customer service. However, I'm just not sure that TypePad is for me. I've tried it out for a few days, and I just feel more comfortable with Wordpress right now.

Thanks anyway!

Jon
