come to think of it, i'd never really flown over cities at night. most of my flights consist of flying from LA back home to Taiwan so that's just.. ocean. however while flying to scotland we definitely flew over north america at night time and i remembering seeing a thunderstorm happening which was pretty freaking insane. anyway.. back to the photo

i enjoy this one.. like it that you caught that yellow beam!

HAHAH yes they are Prison Issue Vans.. i actually didn't know they were called that..

as for the darkness.. i guess it goes back to the whole thing how photos are viewed differently Firefox/Safari.. it didn't look that dark on FF but on Safari, the contrast levels are a bit higher..
