James isn't currently at a laptop (for a change) actually he is most
likely half way up a hill in the Malverns with the latest Lindstrom
mix on his headphones. He tells us that each and every email is being
checked and everyone that needs a response will receive one. In the
meantime James and BrilliantlyDifferent wish you all a wonderful
weekend.

I'm working for a record label right now and handling all their web marketing, social 2.0 stuff and trying REALLY hard to bring their website into the 21st century. The hardest thing is web syndication of content across multiple platforms but the most frustrating issue is trying to convinve the guy that RSS feeds are not just helpful they are ESSENTIAL. I'm also trying to work him into a way of thinking where twitter is an immediate and helpful/powerful comms tool

But hell, I'm in the UK and for all the talk - we're years behind the Japanese and you guys when it comes down to the web. Despite Ive et al.

i like vagrants. to be embraced and not shoved further away and for all their issues with hygiene they are for the most part an non-issue of london society.

i also feel london must retain some of it's more traditional architectual features instead of replacing eveything with the same old rogers inspired mish mash of steel / glass and crud like concrete.

if i have a hole in my clothes i repair it.
i don't buy myself something new.

i prefer old stuff and seeing as the meat market on farringdon rd is soon to be demolished i'm anti new stuff.
if i could own a place anywhere in london

Sounds like it was a error moving no matter how unselfish you were being and more so that you should consider moving and finding a new roomy. It's not worth it and once you are in this cycle you can't escape it. These emotions get diluted they grow and fester.

It's taken me 6 years in London to live with someone who has respect for space, my personal space and a respect for me. It works both way of course but anyone that underestimates the importance of the work and home life balance in London is asking for trouble.

Good luck whatever you need to do.

I love Dartmore so much HC. So so so much.

And the Dartmoore ponies are so beautiful. Except they're dying off and nobody wants to take care of them anymore.
