Great post, Jen! I love that The Barking Crab is becoming a symbol of resistance to development that is transforming the Fort Point/Seaport area. After the owners declined to give up their lease on the land to developers, the Envoy Hotel is going up practically on top of BC.

BTW I'm also a fan of the lighting on the Northern Avenue Bridge. The lighting design was done by lighting artist John Powell, with equipment supplied by Philips Color Kinetics.[1] A bunch of my friends and colleagues are Color Kinetics alumni, so I heard a lot about it when the project went up, and can't help but think of my friends whenever I cross that bridge at night.

Interesting project--I've never seen a Fantasy game for Olympics. You put a lot of work into demonstrating the experience for judges, and overall the experience is pleasant and solid, if a little light on the design.

Really solid work--you should be proud of your showing here--underdogs against teams literally twice your size.

Really cool idea, but I was unable to create a new video canvas on OS X Chrome or Firefox (paste YouTube URL path). I'd love to see the full experience--any suggestions on how to get there?

Nice clean integration of data from multiple backends. I did not like the grade I got, but you returned very accurate grades for the 10 github usernames I tried.

Since I'm currently recruiting for someone to join my team, this is directly useful to me, and does a very good job of providing an answer very quickly. I've seen similar RR projects in the past few years, and this is the best I've seen.

All in all, a very pleasant and surprising experience. Great work!

This has been a popular theme for Rails Rumble apps, and Lunch happens to be one of my personal areas of intense interest. I think you guys did a great job focusing on transportation options--it's important for an app to have opinions, and I think you expressed those very well. The quality of the suggestions are only as good as the data sources, and these are pretty solid for a 48 hour first pass.

Also the design is extremely accessible and pleasant.

You did a great job and earned my Favorite vote.
