Wine and cheese- my absolute favorite things. But need to learn a lot more about these fantastic things and how they go together. Put Justin on the show soon again please. Cool guy. Epoisse, Neufchâtel (can't buy it in Denmark though), Roquefort and Fourme d'ambert. My favorite pairing is blue cheese and dessert wine. Could be cool to know if anyone is a bit more inventive and got some nice pairings to try out&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Charlotte K. Love it. Riesling- my all time favorite grape. Trying to find the Leitz in Denmark, but often having a hard time finding the wines that U have on the show :-( I did find the Klaus Meierer though. Loved the acid in those. The only thing about wines in Denmark is that they are very much pricy. The one he talked about would be around 3 euros was 12 euros. Anyway love your show- maybe nerd it up a bit more. U never talk about biodynamic or natural wines.
