I love pairing number one, mainly because I'm Canadian and a HUGE Weir fan. He always plays well in this event, but I do find it odd that he's paired with Clark, considering neither of them are really known for their power game. And I also like the lefty v. lefty with Mick in there too. Another interesting one will be the Goose and Yang (might end up being the quietest pairing ever, not sure if they'll be able to communicate without an interpreter) v. Justin and Jim. I don't predict a lot of fist -pumping, but if Yang sinks a clutch putt, or makes a crazy hole-out, I wouldn't mind seeing him hold his golf bag over his head again!

I like the article, but I kind of agree with blueduck... playing for no cash would be tough to convince the guys to agree to. If that were to fly, all the other perks with winning would have to remain in place, especially for a first-time winner (exemptions, special invites, world ranking, etc.). Would it not be cool to have the field reduced to 64 players and have a match play playoff format?

Before writing your next advice column, I've got some advice for you: treat yourself to some light reading on apostrophe use - retard. A big congratulations (you'll probably recognize "congradulations") for spelling "humiliating" correctly though, it really adds to the point you're trying to make :)

Yes, but dumb nonetheless. I can think of a few other things that you could categorize as "unique" that also don't work. A year ago we saw people cutting into a dance routine part way through their first dance...and we've "evolved" to this. I just think it's fucking lame and Philly was probably the 9th person I read who posted to this so I was a little fed up when I wrote it. Good day!
