I had a faint idea about that when we started time-travelling all silly-like. How nuts. I can't WAIT to go back and rewatch this entire series after it's over & done with and have that sense of tied ends. ahhhh love.

So you went to UConn! I'm from New London. Anytime I catch wind of someone being from CT, I have to talk to them about it. Now, living in a biggish state, I realize how much I took for granted the small-ness of CT. When I was little, I thought Hartford was forever away from our house. Now it's like... 57 miles? Really? That's it? haha

So, do you miss it? I sure do sometimes, and I'm only 8 hours away!

Yeah, I had my IQ tested in fourth grade to gain entry into our school's Gifted program. They said then that it was 136. What's yours? Does it have a tendency to change, I wonder?

I love this. The almost summarized nature of it makes it immediate and as if it's breathing on its own right here on the screen. I love the minute details that give it color and energy -- the taste of the cigars, the girl asking you for the time, all of it. I am amazed and love that you remember SO MUCH of this experience that it becomes like a living record of it. That's invaluable... this has the makings for a great nonfiction essay -- maybe if you flesh it out a little bit, give some more background and foreground to enhance those details.
