I cannot agree more. Foks who qualify as such should not be allowed to vote or run for office at all. There should be a legal, moral, and intellectual standard that we should all be held accountable to.Wake up PHL!

ANA's FAs provide impeccable service. They are so polite, helpful, and hospitable. Flying from IAD to MNL via NRT, albeit long, was made bearable with a caring crew. Coming back though from NRT to IAD was on a United flight and enough said about rude and over-the-hill FAs. Never again will I fly United on a long haul flight from Asia.

That is one thing that is lacking in most Philippine manufacturers---attractive packaging using better quality materials, better design, and better construction. Better packaging makes consumers purchase the product because it differentiates it from others and consumers put a higher perceptible value to it.

This is indeed great news for Philippine football. It's about time that these players get the respect they get by being paid a salary. Football can prove to be boon for Philippine sports because Filipinos have the ability to be fast and furious on the pitch, and height is not a factor in playing the game. Forget basketball!

How about building a new stadium? Rizal Memorial Stadium is decrepit and the team needs a new stadium with respectable amenities---locker rooms, bathrooms, concessionaire stands, nice accomodations, to give the impression that we are serious this time to make a go for a real soccer resurgence in the country. No half-assed attempt in progress like the government so often does in managing the affairs in PHL.

If it is the same as in the US, 4.5 baths means 4 full baths plus vanity (does not have a bath tub nor a shower stall, just a "pissoir").

I was back in Manila in December 2007 for the Christmas holiday. I stayed in Makati at the Renaissance Hotel and I was enormously impressed with the area. I have not been back in more than 13 years and was surprised on how much the place has changed. For one, you would not go hungry because of a wide array of places to eat.

I don't normally participate in internet chatter, even though I work in IT, but somehow you've piqued my interest in what you do---design and photography. I'd be interested to know how you do in Manila. In some ways it is rather a vicarious experience for me since you get to do what I would have done given the opportunity to move back to the Philippines. Cheers!
