I'm a new recruiter in the game with several years of managed staffing experience as my introduction to the recruiting world. I've found many things that I share with my candidates and clients reiterated by you in your talk here and it's very reassuring to know that I think I'm getting it right because a seasoned professional is espousing some of the things that I've seen and learned. Your ideas and tips are very helpful, as all of the professionals here at XtremeRecruiting have been. I just wanted to make a moment to say thank you for sharing in what is typically a very competitive and 'circle-wagoned' industry and sharing a few gems and insights to help those of us who would listen. It is much appreciated.

Warmest of Regards,

Howard Lawson III

H.
