Yes, I have made adjustments. The first time, I made it pretty much as is but the second time (and now third) I have made it with less baking soda. I've reduced it by about 1-2 tablespoons while keeping everything else the same. Even my husband likes it! It works as it should, allowing your body to do its job but prevents any odor. So I still recommend this! Hope this helps.

Re: Thoughtful Thursday

I'm a wee bit late but hope you had a wonderful Valentine's!

Re: Thoughtful Thursday

sorry, late to respond but thank you so much Kelli for your sweet note. I've been so stinkin lazy with blogging (as you can tell). ;(

Re: Thoughtful Thursday

I hear ya! Of course, we may revisit a few here and there but do not agree with the aggressiveness and the horrible ingredients of them, let alone the safety issues. Like you, I always wonder why people are so up in arms about the exposure vax'd kids have to unvax'd kids. Huh??? I guess their thinking is we're allowing the disease to continue to exist but I don't think so. I will say, that if a parent does choose to vax their child(ren), I don't judge. I just get crabby if I feel they're judging me for not. I'm just doing what it is best for MY child.

Re: Thoughtful Thursday

This quote is awesome! It's a no win! *wink* But while I understand what you mean about the title vs the content, I felt like it would've been like splitting hairs having it changed. If it was my post, I probably would've reworded it but for this I saw no point.

As for these guest posts, I welcome them because the person writing them is looking for some exposure. For me, it's no biggie as long as the links aren't anything suspicious and I accept the content.

So I will probably have another guest post or two this year just to warn you...they may not be perfect or exactly how WE would write them but to me they're a way of looking at a topic from a different perspective.

Re: Giveaway from Shabby Apple

If you did enter, it didn't come thru. Yes, there is a process but for starting out this can be helpful for some. I don't believe there's only one way to teach and children also learn/respond differently. I'm lucky that YS2 is obsessed with letters and numbers that for him writing is fun. So while this might make you cringe, it can be helpful or inspire other ideas for someone else.

Re: Sweetly Raw: Voting Begins for Viewers Choice Sundae!

Hi Heathy! Glad it works for you and you like it. And yes, it's much like deodorant where it won't prevent you from sweating but it will prevent the stinkies. :) Nice to know it works better than the store-bought too. Eucalyptus would be nice to add, I didn't have any but will need to get some. Thanks for the feedback!

Re: Thoughtful Thursday

I need to post this so I'm reminded often. :)

Re: Thoughtful Thursday

I needed the reminder too. ;)

Re: Thoughtful Thursday

Good for you!
