oooh, good list, Holly. I share a lot of these with you ... but especially the breastfeeding one. It's hard! (and oftentimes quite painful for me ... even after things get going.) I'm going to stick it out with you this time and try to keep going even when I'm tempted to call it quits. working out? YES. and playing every day ... Lo starts kindergarten this fall, too. now is the time! i especially want this summer to be FUN for all of us. thanks for sharing your goals!

hello hello - I love your blog just the way it is. Your bento pics are the best and my favorite thing about them is the variety of things you include while keeping them totally doable. and colorful. i DO have a kind of silly question! when did you move away from Iowa? I just finished my first sweater, jane richmond's oatmeal pullover, here - http://www.ravelry.com/proj... and now I'm totally itching to make more. I love it; it's such a basic everyday sweater that I know I'll be able to wear a lot. (This book looks RAD, by the way ... thanks so much!)

i SO enjoyed reading this and I can relate to everything you said. (espesh love the visions of quiet times curled up on the couch after hitting the library - HA - and glorious afternoons playing outside until dinner is served.) i was just asking myself today if being a stay-at-home mom was making me dumber. you make me want to do a confessions post, too. we're all in this together. (yet, somewhat alone.) thanks for sharing.

our absolute favorite faaaavorite show in the entire world is charlie and lola! absolutely adorable and the visuals are so creatively done. (and it's not annoying for me to watch, either.)
