I have a cat that has probably ruined like 10 pairs of shoes including my fav pair of Louboutins. Any shoe left on the floor is doomed to be chewed in half. I now have a special closet just for my shoes which is closed at all times. The real problem is that my kitty knows it is naughty and does it anyway as every time we catch him, he gives us the guilty look and then runs away.

Portion sizes in the US are out of control. If you look at the USDA recommendations, I bet that meal is at least two or three servings worth of each starch, protein and veg. Seriously, you all rag on Mary for her healthy eating but if you read the USDA guildlines, the portion sizes are like 2.0 ounces for each serving.

I think the look is cute - related, I just purchased a harem pant jumper that I thought was a dress (fast shopping at the store next to the pizza joint plus drinks = some weird stuff in my closet)...anyway I was so disappointed when i found out it was a harem pant jumper and not a maxi dress at home but when I put it on the "thing" was ok. I didn't hate it so you never know.

I like this blog because I don't have time to read fashion magazines, fitness magazines or food magazines and this website incorporates pretty good advice/pointers that only take me minutes to read on these topics that I enjoy but don't have the time to research myself. I particularly like the recipes and fitness posts and there is real content from individuals on lifestyle topics. The marathon post by one of her friends was really inspiring to me. Therefore, this blog provides me a service with new fitness tips and other things I can try with only spending 5/10 minutes reading the site. I would like Mary to get some home design contributor as well. I work six to seven days a week and don’t have time to figure out how to blow out my hair, but honestly, I really wanted to know…and Mary wrote a post about that. It’s not a life changing thing to know how to blow out your hair, but I always wanted to do it. So thanks, Mary!
