When I saw the preview to this show I totally thought of you. You're such an awesome mom to Sam...I don't think you have to "parent the hell out of her"!

And I love your fearlessness. You rock!

Re: Diviana Alchemy Free Recipe ebook - Superfoods, Herbs, Raw Milk, and more!

Thanks so much for your input! Everyone has different needs for body, mind and spirit. If a little raw dairy kefir feels good to you, that's awesome. We celebrate everyone making decisions for themselves on what is right for them as an individual... no matter if that is vegan or vegetarian or raw or whatever!

Re: Diviana Alchemy Free Recipe ebook - Superfoods, Herbs, Raw Milk, and more!

Yeah kate... But thai basil? I see LOTS of it, and I too smell it from a block away. That's when I start floating like they do in cartoons, and I am guided by the visible thai basil scent trail until I make it to the basil.

We planted some in our garden this year. Since I am **highly sensitive** to aspartame, borderlining on allergy (who isn't allergic to aspartame??) my first experience with stevia was similar.

I have found that different brands have different flavors. Liquid has the smallest kind of aftertaste. And as we mentioned in the article, we combine it with other sweeteners. It can make a big difference.

I hope more people try stevia.
