I'd try to add a bit more chia and keep in mind that it's going to be a little thinner than a traditional pudding (but still delicious!). But adding a touch more chia should help!

So I live here. In Edmonds. I actually watched a debate over this unfold on a local forum and it was so bad it was funny. It denigrated into a 'ban GMOs!' and having that much sugar creates a bad environment for learning tirade.
Lets just say, this district has much bigger fish to fry...er - lightly steam? - than controlling the amount of sugar kids eat. And lets face it...if kids are overweight, it probably isn't from a cupcake here and there at school.
So please send cupcakes! All the cupcakes! I will deal the contraband in the school parking lot :)

Thank you for your concern! I did use my pressure canner for my regular green beans, but these are pickled. The vinegar adds the necessary acid so you can simply use the hot water bath and still make safe pickled green beans! You just need to check your seals at the end.
