I think one of the reason people do jump is because of leadership and support. If someone is receiving all the support as we do with SD there is never ever any reason to jump. I have only been with a few companies but never have I received so much leadership,support, training, updates, and an incredible program as SD.
So together with my primary program I will be succeeding.
