To start this off, the comment that most busses are empty is false. In transit, peak hour service is the busiest time on the busses, just take a look at the lines 9, 10, 20, 23, 41, just to name a few early morning or early evening where the busiest lines are packed. Also, most transit districts rely on sales tax to operate, MST does not and has to fight to get grants, state and federal funds, which are dwindling quickly. I have over 26 years experience in transit and hear the same things over and over. I challenge anyone who doubts the service we provide to come ride the busses for 5 days at all different times of day and night and see how important we are. Our yards are outdated, we need a bigger facility to accomodate the service we provide, and this site is perfect, the bleeding hearts need to quit complaining about the tree's, paths, etc. You have no idea what you speak of and if you did you would see the good we do for lots of folks.

We live on Cushman had both our cars vandalized and had stuff taken and this was a huge mess. We had to close accounts and this turned our life upside down. Again, with the help of the Marina,Ca police, store owners, myself and the Hollister police some have been caught already.

I hope these officers are doing fine 1 of them was at my house earlier that evening taking a report and he is a good person, he was very understanding and my support goes out to the entire Hollister Police force for doing a great job under these conditions of being short staffed. Keep up the good work!!

Big thanks to the Marina, CA P.D. in catching one of the low lifes that cashed 1 of the checks stolen from us!! He was caught this morning after he tried cashing a check at the El Rancho market in Marina!!! Chalk up 1 for the good guys.

I work hard for my money and if you want these COWARDS running around stealing give me your address so I can steer them your way. There is stimulas money from the government lets check where that went. Well, my son just started going to school there and I called his mom and said pull him out! We have enough to worry about in life without having to worry about the safety of our kids at school.
