I was definitely noticing lag on my Nexus 7 (and GNEX for that matter) but since 4.3 got pushed to both devices it's totally disappeared. I've never really struggled with battery life on my Nexus 7 so doubt I'll notice any change there.

OK George, you do away with penalty rates in your business and see what kind of staff you attract then. Wave bye bye to your hats, good reviews and awards. The kind of service George wants to provide means attracting staff of a certain quality, if he's nto going to offer the money those staff will just go elsewhere.

You can't execute service by just cooking food and putting it up on the pass & crossing your fingers. But then, he doesn't really even cook anymore really, does he? These strike me as the words of a man disconnected from the hospitality business and what actually made him successful in the first place.

Really liking my Galaxy Nexus so far. Have a Nexus One, then used an SGSII for a while as I waited for this to come out. Face unlock is very gimmicky but kinda cool. Doesn't work consistently though. I haven't had the phone for long though so don't have much to add at this stage. Battery life is the best of the 3 Android handsets I've used so far.

Matt, what clock/weather widget are you using? I need to find another one as the Animated Weather one I had been using on SGSII doesn't really display properly on the Galaxy Nexus. Thx!

I hope the phone comes to Telstra, but if I have to buy it outright to use it on the Telstra network then I giess I'll have to suck it up. Not going back to Voda any time soon, even for a handset I want.
