And how is this in my control if THEY have to delete my info for me? Hardly in my control. I'm not sure what you are trying to say about my comment.

How does "you as a user should always have control over your information and data" and "please contact our service team at service@path.com" make sense together. The user isn't actually in control of anything, here.

I'm also worried that if I request to be deleted, I'll have a hard time trying to sign up again in the future of I decide I want to.

I see that the name of the app is Camera Genius and was able to manually search for it (as stated in my previous comment). Not everyone will take it upon themselves to search for this app.

My comment was in regards to promoting the app and encouraging purchases by linking to the app in the app store. If this page had an obvious direct link to the app, it would likely lead to more sales.

Might I suggest linking to the app in the app store? I'm not seeing an obvious link to this app on this site or the behance site.

I had to manually search for it. I almost gave up, thinking this was just a proposed design for an iPhone camera app, and not an actual app.

Maybe I'm just completely overlooking the link on this site or the behance site.

That is slightly different since the water taxi's route is easily definable. A car or a regular taxi can be anywhere.

what badge do you get for checking into a moving vehicle? food carts park in locations therefore you can checkin. checking into your friends car or a plane, train or taxi is annoying. I can't meet up with a friend who checks into a moving vehicle when I see them checkin. Checking into moving vehicles are for those who take the points part of the game to serious.

checking into a plane is ridiculous. I could see checking into the airport or even the gate but the plane itself is just dumb.

seen people checking into taxi's in NYC. I think it's terrible. A bus, train, or taxi is not a venue and therefore shouldn't be checked into, IMO.

I just did a few more test and it looks as though if you start your tweet with @username, it is hidden to those who don't follow @username but a tweet that says "you should follow @username" would go through.

Perfect example of why this a terrible change: "@mygoodfriend is new to twitter and is very funny. You should follow them and welcome them to twitter" would not be seen by anyone because this new user wouldn't be followed by anyone at that point since they are new. This will not help new users or old alike. #replygate
