I have read this story a few times now and there one part I feel is extremely disturbing over and above the full story:

"Salcedo said the doll looks nothing like Caylee Anthony on purpose because he did not want to offend the Anthony family."

I don't think he is worried about offending the Anthony family at all. He is worried that the Anthony family with take him to court and take his damn precious money away. This whole idea has a morbid stench to it. If this guy was on the up and up he would have done this "Non-profit"
