Great to have a calculator that does CR, AOV ánd RPV, thx Karim!

Questions/remarks:

- When I use the demo data for AOV upload I get the "Test Progress" notification that variant 1 needs 43% more conversions, but variant 2 and 3 seem to be ok (see https://tinyurl.com/y37ctvjb). All have roughly the same conversions so I don't see what the exception is for variant 1? Also: if variant 1 indeed would get the recommended 458 extra conversions (and 2 and 3 stay the same) I'm pretty sure you'll have a SRM issue :).
- If you create an experiment with 3 variants, you can only evaluate that experiment based on the fact that you had 3 variants. You can't just do a calculation for a single variant (and even declare it a winner/loser) pretending the others don't exist. The notification in the previous point and the winner/loser notifications seems to suggest that it does.
- It depends on the hypothesis if you are looking for something similar or something different (and depending on that which statistical test you should use). Usually in A/B testing it's gonna be the latter (you're really only interested if a variant performs better). I think best practice for that these days is to by default use (two) one-sided test instead of a two-sided test, so maybe you'd want to set that as the default? (see for example https://www.linkedin.com/fe.... Maybe asking if a "equivalence" or "difference" hypothesis is used as input for your calculation makes sense.
- Remove outliers > nice function, I would like to have some more explanation there and maybe in the results show how many outliers have been removed (per variant)?
- I suppose all CROs should be aware, but since this is a public calculator, probably good to provide (links to) some additional information on things like SRM and the suggested corrections methods.

Don't know really. The actual hight is depening on a lot of factors like age and living situation. And yeah, it's not the first experiment in NL, looking forward to the results.

In The Netherlands we already have that (basic low income if you don't have a job. If you start earning stuff and then you don't get it anymore). Which indeed results in people hesitating to start working because they would loose their benefits. But this whole system of assigning, checking, evaluating and sending these benefits creates an enourmous amount of work for the government and is insanely inefficient. If you just give everyone the same amount it would provide huge savings just by getting rid of that whole government apparatus (like you says in your article).

...but to my understanding that is not how it would work. Universal basic income means everyone get's it, regardless. So anything you get payed for work, you get on your bank account, it's not deducted from the basic income. So there is no negative incentive to start working. Of course you could implement it that way, but that would indeed be counter productive and missing the whole point of a universal basic income.

Hi Chris, I wouldn't know, seems new to me. You can still try if you can get past the 25GB using the referral form. Maybe the limit it only applies to completely new users entering the website on their own, not when you enter through an older referral code.
