Especially the ability to post a video comment, the avatar upload, resize, crop functionality. Really good stuff here.

Re: Local Startup: IntroIn Connects You To Apartments

Hi, this is Greg Pederson founder and Director of Technology, Nsight Web Development. First off, congratulations to Premraj and Nitin. I'd like to compliment you on a great screen cast and add a piece that wasn't covered....the action of sending an invite for a referral or sub-lease and the subsequent negotiation process. When a user makes an offer by sending an invite this offer becomes an activity that is tracked in both that user's and the referral/sub-lease owners' 'my activity' section.
'my activity' acts as an email inbox where each user can view the offer. The referral/sub-lease owner can accept, decline or counter the offer. The offer initiator can cancel or change their offer. Each action, will update the activity and generate an email that will be sent to the receiver's email address on file alerting them about the new offer, or change in the offer.

Thanks again,
Greg
