I mailed off my payment for July in late June. On July 3rd I received a bill for the same period of coverage for twice the usual amount.

When I called to ask what was going on they explained that they had made a mistake and that they have been billing me the wrong amount. They claim the correct amount is the larger of the two amounts that I was billed. So now they say they are going to retroactively bill me for all of the months in which they undercharged me.

Not so much as an apology from this horrible company. The operator I spoke with merely said "thank you for calling Ceridian and have a nice day."
