I mailed off my payment for July in late June. On July 3rd I received a bill for the same period of coverage for twice the usual amount.</p><p>When I called to ask what was going on they explained that they had made a mistake and that they have been billing me the wrong amount. They claim the correct amount is the larger of the two amounts that I was billed. So now they say they are going to retroactively bill me for all of the months in which they undercharged me.</p><p>Not so much as an apology from this horrible company.
