Also, the PS2 versions of those pics, all but one are actually from PS2 hardware. The rest are "bullshots" upscaled screenshot rendered on development hardware at high resolution.

Also have you seen screenshots they put up on nintendo 3DS site at E3?
I mean you must have seen them Resident Evil for 3DS screenshots.

It sure looks pretty but from what I saw it's not 'exactly' 360/PS3 graphics, but more like capable of the tricks that 360/PS3 machines uses (or modern graphic rendering technique in general, like normal map, etc etc.
