I also have slightly better endurance.  As for weight loss or shrinking waist, I have not made any progress in either category really.  I think the muscle gain is offsetting any weight loss.  I know my abs have grown, I can feel the difference, and this may be why my waist size is still the same after two weeks.  As of tonight, I have lost 4 pounds, but this is over the course of 16 days now.  There has been a pattern of when I lose weight one day, I gain weight the next.  Overall I am slowly losing weight, but my graph for weight loss is very up and down.  If I gain weight tomorrow, I may have only lost 2 or 3 pounds in this much time.  I'll wait and see.
