Thanks for the comment. The product page you reference was actually displaying incorrect information. The cloth-over-board Personal Reference Bible will NOT have gilded edges. Sorry about that! The product page should show the corrected information within 24 hours.

Thanks for the comment. I appreciate your question—we know it's been a long time since the Android app has been updated! We're still working on a major update to the app and hope to release it in the relative near future. I know that's pretty vague, but it's really the most precise update we can give at this point. Just know that we are aware of how patient everyone has been thus far and truly appreciate it.

Thanks for the comment. You should be able to access your ESV Study Bible notes via the new app. Did you purchase the ESV Study Bible web app (for ESVBible.org) or did you purchase the ESV Study Bible + mobile app (for iPhone and iPad)?

If you have the ESV Study Bible + app on your iPhone/iPad, simply download the latest update from the App Store and then follow the on-screen instructions to unlock access to the ESV Study Bible in the new app.

Just click on the book icon at the bottom of the screen to bring up your library/the store. From there, click on an available resource and you should be good to go.

Pro tip: in portrait mode, you can adjust where the break between the biblical text and your study notes is by dragging it up or down.

Great questions. Unfortunately, purchasing the Gospel Transformation Bible for Kindle does not grant you access to the edition via the mobile app/ESVBible.org. However, if you own a print edition of the Bible, you can unlock the content free of charge.

Thanks for the feedback on the illustrations; that's something we noticed as well and are working on for a future update.

If you already have the ESV Bible app for iPhone and iPad installed, it should automatically update. If it doesn't, simply open up the app store on your Apple device and tap on the updates tab.

Thanks for the great feedback! Although opening up study notes for the first time takes a few clicks, once you've got it setup with the desired study content, it should just take one tap of the book icon at the bottom.

Thanks for the great question! You do not need to purchase the content again! Simply register your study Bible via ESVBible.org with the access code found on the card inside the front of your Bible. Then, simply log into your ESVBible.org account from within the mobile app and tap on the "Restore Purchases" button in the in-app store.

Thanks for the helpful feedback! Sorry about the crashing; we're about to release an update to the app that should address that.

With regard to bookmarks, the app does currently support bookmarks. Simply tap on a verse so that the pop up window appears, click on the bookmark icon (bottom center button), and then choose one of three colors for the bookmark.

Thanks for the comment! We're almost finished with an update to the app that will allow you to view the biblical text in full screen mode when holding your iPhone or iPad in landscape.

You can already adjust the font size via the settings panel; simply tap on the gear icon at the bottom of the screen!

Note: If you haven't created any bookmarks yet, you won't see anything at the top of the "Personal" panel.

After clicking through to read a cross-reference, you can make those small pop up windows full screen by tapping the expand button in the top right corner of the box.
