That's really cold! I hope it's a nice cold and not too damp and windy and shit like Wellington. I can handle still cold but I can not handle rain/wind cold.

Good luck with the winter, summer here but not so good as always.

I reckon you have a good point. But I guess time will tell. I'm not afraid of my own work but it's doing the work for somebody else as a job/favor and not getting the results you had hoped for on their behalf.

yeah very cool indeed, especially back then. I think this photo captures a peaceful time in Wellington, when there were less cars and less of everything that has made our lives a little more anxious.

not sure. looks a little grainy at actual size, but you are welcome to have a copy to blow up. maybe A3 at the max. I have a few more from the same shoot that you may like aswell.
Remember I am just amateur so my knowledge on re-production of actual digital photos is very limited.

I can't take credit for this. It's a scan from one of our family photos. The original was shocking but the scan came out not too bad.

cool. that is interesting. Yeah I never new about the moon festival, I think I have heard of it at some stage, bit it was that Nicole brought me a moon cake. It's always nice to experience different cultures.

these scans are of slides from when we went to greece back in the 80's. I'd say the priest's are orthodox of some hierarchy. Slides like this would normally come with a set of notes for each slide, I am not sure where those notes are at the moment so I couldn't tell you for sure what is going on here.

Thank you Linda. The Four Fifty Tag is a reference to the new camera I have invested in just recently. It's a Canon 450d or Rebel series Canon. I just thought it would be nice to separate these images from any previous ones, for my reference and for anyone who would like to see my progress over time.

How's the painting coming along? I friend of mine noticed your painting on my blog last week and was like WANT!

everytime I come across a post by you to this degree it upsets me to think I was myself in your situation. There was nothing else I could think of making me happier than trying to make things right by imagining happy times. But life gets the better of us all and we get tangled up in trying to survive this life and do the best we can for our family.
It's a test of time. I was on and off medication for years, my body did not want what I was giving it, my mind was over powering the medication. But eventually I came to my senses and stayed on a mild daily dose and accepted that this was part of my life.

You are very talented my friend, but don't put all your hopes into it. Your talent will come into effect when you are ready.

...there is nothing worse than having no tobacco to ease your mind and body when you feel a little anxious.

I hope a made a little sense Cam. Be strong.

probably a ink pen. the photo was taken the morning after a fire at a stationary shop I worked at in 1992.
Yeah that is an ink pen (uniball) melted inside a bundle of paper.
