But I've been loving colostrum too lately - I guess I'm out too then! I see high-raw, high-vegan, isn't good enough for that community anymore but I suppose they have to draw the line somewhere. Oh well. But you know NO ONE one that list is truly 100% and 100% vegan. I highly, highly doubt it :) See this post: http://www.gorawhavefun.com... Love to you Heidi!

Re: Victoria Boutenko: New Books, New Interview, New Controversy

Great post Heidi! Who knows what is going on in Victoria's head though. Maybe she is feeling really awful about herself and body recently (and all this sort of talk certainly isn't helping if she's paying attention to it).
I really like what Abraham Hicks has to say about food and weight. Here's a good one:
"I'm only gonna eat when I'm having downstream thoughts. I'm only gonna eat when I'm having downstream thoughts. So somebody puts something in front of you that is gooey and succulent and dripping with things you think you shouldn't eat . ... I'm only gonna eat when I'm having downstream thoughts. So, behold it, appreciate it, acknowledge the beauty of it, devour it sort of mentally in your mind. Think about whoever created it,think about how good it might taste. In other words think about it and make sure your having downstream thoughts about it, and it is our promise to you that if you are having downstream thoughts and then you are ingesting it , then your physical apparatus is now prepared to give you the results that you seek anyway."
Lori Painter also did a post on the relationship between mind and body when it comes to weight:
http://inspire2act.blogspot...
I try to love myself and what I eat as much as I can and I think that's why the raw food diet works so well for me :)
~Lenette

Re: Earth Day is Everyday When You are a Raw Foodist

yeehaa! Plus SweetLeaf Stevia Review [Raw Food Review]

Love the liquid stevia flavors! (Although I like the powder too). I have the chocolate, vanilla and toffee flavors and add it to my teas, hot chocolate (made with cacao powder) and some superfood smoothies that I make. I don't use them too often but they're handy to have when you want to sweeten up a smoothie and don't want to add in more fruit/sugar/calories. I've found the best deal at http://www.webvitamins.com :)

Re: My Way: Casey Lorraine Thoma

What a beautiful life you live Casey! I happened to linked to your site on a post this morning :)
One question though--I thought the book was being published by Random House. Has it changed to North Atlantic Books?

Re: Seedlings

I have the same scene going on in my apt too. Yes--I shared Island Fire at the raw food potluck today and people seemed to really be impressed with it. Anthony--I think natives and David Wolfe blend the fruit with coconut and honey and then strain out the seeds. They must! Thanks for trying it out for us :)

Re: More from Bali

I love the pictures Anthony--especially the first and last one.
