I actually don't share my checkins on fb and twitter unless I'm very proud of where I am or post an image etc.
Foursquare and SCVNGR much like Instagram are separate networks to me now. Different people who I only interact with in my phone. I don't visit the sites or bother my other networks with those updates.
Since Foursquare gained traction in Iceland, I'm hearing more and more stories from people that met up thanks to checkins. This is mostly pub related but still a sign of what is to come if the trend continues.
Still early days though...

Þó ótrúlegt megi virðast, þá er vélbúnaðurinn frá Apple ekki sá ódýrasti.
Ég er þó frekar afslappaður kerfisstjóri og hvatti epplamennina til að nota bara sínar vélar. Það kom líka upp hugmynd að kaupa iPad á línuna og ég skoðaði það alvarlega.
Sjálfur nota ég náttúrulega ekkert annað.

Hugi is also hesitant to own up to the Google Analytics accuracy.

Found this as well when I wanted to compare the numbers above to the global average.
IE6 is below 1% there but these stats are probably from sites outside Iceland. My guess is that IE6 users stick to local sites ;)

Should not have to, there are plenty of clever Tweet implementations that do not require this type of hacking.

Ach, you are right. Fail on my side for not testing it to the max.

You need to have the meta refresh tag forwarding the user back to the voting page...
