Yes it comes with a leather case that you sorta slip your e71 into. There are no clips or anything else. Its like a sturdy wallet. I actually use it alot. I'll try to post a picture when i get a chance.

Hi Sarmm, Glad you enjoy the blog. I haven't had any experience sending a
device in for alteration so I can't say. You can check out this crystal case
that Dexter reviewed on his e71 blog. it does a pretty good job of covering
the e71.

As for your certificate error, set your clock back to a year ago, try to
install it, then set it back that should work just fine. Let me know if you
get it.

I have the same plan as you and hit 2gb all the time. I've never had a problem. I tried the nokia email about a month ago and it would randomly stop pushing my mail for hours. I think it's been updated and i'll give it another shot soon.

Hi. I would say to use one of those keyboard cleaners but now i can't give that advice. I once used it on my nokia n73 and it messed up my earpiece. Try using a q-tip.

I haven't found a way to recover lost applications. I think a smart thing would be to try and reinstall the firmware in pc suite instead of doing a hard reset. Make sure to back up all your data first.

Hi Farhan,

Do you have any applications installed on your Memory Card? This may be the reason. It's yet another reason to install stuff on the Phone Memory. You should be able to use your phone like normal when in PC Suite mode.

You may need to wait for a firmware upgrade to fix this problem. I don't have this problem at all what version of the E71 are you using?

Hi. You really can't get rid of those applications if you don't see them in the app manager. What you can do (and what i do) is make a new folder entitled "junk and move everything you don't use into there so that it doesn't take up room in the menu.

To do this just hit "options" it is the left softkey when browsing a menu. There you can move apps around and rename folders, etc.

Unfortunately there is no solution to this problem as this is the case with all nokia s60 phones. It's a big flaw in my opinion.

Hi. It looks like you have an application that is half installed that you problem have sitting on your memory card. Have you tried to install any apps lately that didn't quite install properly? You may want to try formatting your memory card if you can't find the problem. Make sure to back up all your data.

To see your contact groups there is a drop down tab in the contacts app. Right now it probably says "contacts". if you select it the dropdown should show "groups".

Let me know if you get it to work.

Hi Chinatown. This is another reason to not install apps to the memory card. You will run into problems like this. Is the app already installed and working on your E71? If so you can now delete the .sis file. try this and see if you still have the problem. If you don't uninstall the app, format your mem card, and then install it to your phone memory. Make sure to backup all your data before a format.

Hi. When you uninstall Emoze it should get rid of the folder as well. To erase a mailbox... Go into messaging, options, email, and find your mailboxes there. That is where you can delete them.
