For the longest time I was stuck in 2000. Now I'm perpetrually stuck in 2005... I think this partially has to do with the fact that im really bad at math.

I just made it through a semester of high school astronomy, with a phenominal teacher. Of course the class taught a lot of theories, because there are so many unknowns about space. One of my classmates made a good point, I thought. He said something to the effect of, "A theory is what scientists believe is pretty much true, until the figure out a way to disprove it."

I agree with your last sentance fully, but I don't think that public schools should be forced to teach creationism. If you want to learn about creationism, go to church or read the bible. That information is readily available to anyone who wants to know about it. But public, government run, high school is not the place for it. I like to pretend that separation of church and state still exists.

I live in St. Louis and it seems like in the Midwest people just get married sooner. I don't get it. I don't want to get married fresh out of high school/college.

My parents got married when they were 21-ish. and My friends older sister is 23 and getting married later this year. My cousin from Indiana got married at 22.

I've resolved to not get married until I'm at least 25. But now that I've said that I'll probably meet a guy next year at college and elope with him or something stupid...

Even though I pretend to like it, hot tea is pretty usless. I love iced tea though, as long it's not overly sweetened, especially when the weather is what my aunt would call, "Africa hot."
