I have had a very low opinion of economists for many years and found your article succinct and deadly accurate. The amount of times I have read an "economic forecast" only to read scant weeks later a complete reversal or backpeddaling by said economist is just too numerous to count. In Canada especially, the "senior economists" of the big banks are held high upon pedestals without any merit whatsoever.
