Elon always likes to fix what is broken, and he is usually correct. The FAA must already have a process for launches from Kennedy SC. I imagine it might be the length of the license to launch. I came across Suki while watching one of my favorite vloggers, ZdoggMD . Ever since the age of electronic health records began, circa 2002 I was involved with founding a Health Information Exchange. In my earliest writings on . Health Train Express I bemoaned the fact that the man-machine interface was a bit like using Morse code, tapping out each letter in a very inefficient manner. Even the use of macros did not improve matters. Now come AI and NLP which will allow hands off documentation and increase the physician patient interaction. Who will marry NLP and EHR ? Will it be Apple with Siri, Google Assistant, Microsoft Cortana or some other as yet unknown player. This was hard to read. Firstly, the temple has the right to protect itself from threats, active, or implied. The Temple should post warnings. Trespassers will be shot on site.
People wearing swastikas should be shot on site if loitering around the temple. This behavior is insidious and a cancer on our land (all Americans) . Make no mistake about it if they could, they would kill all of us (Jew, African American, and anyone not like them. If they hate jews let's give them a good reason, not the nonsense they spout. You should picket city hall.. Inexcusable !

Don Berwick has a great idea which can easily be implemented with today's technology. A national registry in real time for locating empty beds. That may be a first step, however other resources, such as providers and specialty care are equally important. Beds alone do not guarrantee care.
