Also... I got to a lot of concerts... they don't ask you to remove your device at the door... they ask that you silence them.

I typically do fine when my cell phone battery dies, or I forget my phone in the car or something.... my wife, on the other hand, cannot stand it if she can't reach me at the times she normally can, and starts to worry and seems to fear the worst everytime. We're working on her.

I am bothered by the idea that they banned all that electronic gear. People can silence their gizmos as they need to.

A great reminder for me. My wife takes great effort to include the kids in cleaning and household tasks, and I usually either try to go my jobs myself, with no "interference" from little helpful hands, or get them to do their jobs (picking up toys) by themselves (without my help).
