Honestly, I never let my options get close enough to it's expiration that the time value is practically nil. I buy 1 or 2 months out and get out at least couple weeks before. I don't like to hold them very long.

I think given the recent volatility and huge swings intraday that many traders that aren't normally day traders are getting in and out within one day. The atmosphere in the market has made me too nervous to hold things overnight in many respects.

I don't normally day trade, but I have within the past couple weeks. And, might I add, they have been my most profitable ever.

This is really hard to trade. It seems to plunge without end. Any strength gets quickly squashed, although it scares me out of my position- only to fall further.

Every chart seems to have fallen too far without a bounce. I have it in my head that it is going to reverse at any moment with ridiculous strength and can't find a good entry.

Aarrgh.
