Imagify took away the 3 compression options for paying customers and now force you to use their new "Smart" compression. They say even though customers say their photos are now blurry using "Smart" compression, they're going to continue to force users to have only one option. They do say if you don't like the "Smart" compression, then you can send them examples and they'll consider improving the compression. Have you seen those guys that put on a stupid-looking birdman flying suit, then jump off mountains and actually soar for minutes? If these daredevils were worried about looking ridiculous in their flying attire, they'd never get to experience one of the biggest rushes ever known to man.

The inventor of the WaveWrecker suit said the idea came to him when he was trying to teach his kid to overcome the fear of swimming in the deep end of his backyard swimming pool. I noticed on the blog page of the company's site, that they are involved with foster kids and helping them to enjoy the waves safely. Check out the smiles on the kids' faces when they put on the suit. They love it.

High schools near the beach have used the suits to insure the safety of their after-school beach programs that might be cancelled in this litigious world if they didn't have this invention. So, kudos to the inventor for being one of the few that follow through on their ideas & bring a new invention to the marketplace.

You're welcome Daniel. I was just clicking around and found it. I had been changing the code, then re-adding it after every update to modify the bottom footer, or I'd have to install a child theme.
This is so much easier!

Its amazing how much potassium they recommend each day (4700 mg/day). Wow, that seems hard to get.

I checked my $7 Nature Made Potassium Gluconate supplement and it only has 550 mgs. A medium banana has only 422 mgs.

My mom died as a young woman of what they called heart arrhythmia (a timing issue). Since then I've read that potassium & magnesium are important in helping your heart's pumping as well as other muscles. I wonder if she would have lived longer if she would have taken supplements or focused more on potassium rich foods?

From reading, I believe potassium can also help steady shaky hands and relieve muscle cramps. Potassium may be my new best friend. : )
