No I didn't say that he shouldn't have done what he did. Just that if he hand't have been there with the gun. Most likely no one would have gotten shot and killed.

No one was being shot there. The only person who shot anyone was the protector.

And yeah i'm sure it's all a liberal conspiracy that these things don't get reported... thats why this video went viral and everyone has seen it right?

I can see your point. However I lived in Iceland, and now Norway. Where they have pretty tight gun control laws. Specially in Iceland. The cops don't even have guns. We have 0 gun violence as a result.
Also these examples are seem to be preventing the shooting of one person that had already gotten shot at. 71 year old man stopped a robbery, not a shooting.

I don't think the guy who had a gun at the Gabby Gifford shooting was a "socialist liberal obamanoid" and he didn't do jack with his gun.

That is such an ignorant statement that if someone else was armed this would have been stopped. Gabriel Giffort shooting was not stopped by the guy with a gun. I'll bet you there were other people that were armed in there, but they are normal people and don't go around shooting people. It's a false sense of security to have a gun on you. You most likely will not use it when the time comes.

What mass shootings plots in the past 20 years have been stopped by a heroic person with a gun? Name one

That really does not say that he hates guns or wants to take them away. He wants to have in better gun control laws, which I personally am all for. I am for the 2nd amendment, but that does not mean that we should be handing guns out to crazy people.

Get your facts straight on the fast and the furious. It was started under president bush #1. #2 it shows the defense department trying to stop those guns from going into Mexico. But because the gun laws are so lax, they were not able to do it. They were not trying to let those guns go into mexico. They were trying to stop them, but were not able to because prosecutors did not want to go after these middle men.

Where do you get this nonsense? Has Obama shown any interest in using this for political gain yet? Just wait til he actually does something to blast him. I'm no Obama fan, but I'm sick of people running crazy with this "Obama hates guns" stuff that has no backing in reality.

Ugh, I'm so sick of this kind of writeup. Seriously. Like the article talking about some trailer that was included with the Dark Knight showing a theater being shot up. NO ONE KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. Stop blaming everyone/everything but the person who committed the shooting.

We voted you in because you as a person knows what to do. I know you are in a tough place, but thats just the more reason to say stop. Enough with this madness. Yeah I agree. I think that the beauty of this is user experience and simplicity. That is where you are going to get far with this. I am a UI/UX developer myself, and the way you have solved a programming idea into something that ANYONE can use and understand is impressive.

However, I think down the road. Once you can handle the load, time, whatever it would be that makes it harder to accomplish AND as well as OR, I personally am missing out on an OR statement =P I think you should go ahead and do it, however keep it auto off. Basically make users flip an advanced switch for those features, so you don't confuse the people who don't need that extra functionality or maybe that would be too much for.

Anyhow. Again just keep it up.

This is probably one of the most useful and innovative ways I've seen someone merge different online services. It's like Yahoo Pipes (which i still don't think gets enough props) for THE internet. You have every service worth having it seems. I am not missing any, and I use a lot. I am very impressed sirs. Very impressed indeed. Keep up the good work.

I would be very surprised if google did away with their Page Rank. It has been a cornerstone in their search for so long. If anything happens, they will just adjust it, and change it around... I highly doubt that it will go away. I was watching an interview with that google woman. Forget her name... she said that SEO should not suffer too much, but they need to adapt.

Yes yes I'm sorry that this is a year late. However I have been away for a while. Hopefully you have seen the new version of tweet deck that allows for more than one account. Heck it allows for pretty much every good social account out there =) So I hope it's not a problem anymore.

I couldn't agree more. It's hard to manage those API calls. However to cut them down, open up URLs and profiles in a browser window. That really cuts down the API calls. Set ALL friends API down to a low number of refresh, and replies and DMs to a shorter time... since All friends is a lot of tweets, and its hard to through them all.
