I use wired controllers with PC, connected with a USB switch between controller and pc, due to constantly modding my games. When assigning keyboard commands, is nice being able to cut out controller at the desktop, verse yanking a cable free from back of PC.

My daughter (16 yrs old), big into cosplay and anime, skipped seeing Dr. Strange and doesn't plan on seeing GitS either. She says most of her friends are also skipping it. Now, we're just plain working folk living out in the country; daughter's high school is just 400 kids or so; not too big a sample. Not sure how this may map to rest of the US.

I've always made it just like this, but used Philly cream cheese, to melt into the chicken/flour/butter gravy. I want to try this with the sour cream, though.

Anyone else use other types of cheese in the sauce?
