I don't understand what you mean by the original URL as I have no idea
where the photo was illegally downloaded from, though it has been used by
some publications who 1) paid me for it and 2) gave the correct credit.
Anyway, the original URL is irrelevant. Regardless of where you personally
downloaded it from and whether there was a credit line or not, this is my
photo and I own the copyright. All I am asking is if you would like to use
that image, please provide a credit line and link to my website below the
photo. Believe me, there are people out there who would ask a whole lot
more ...

It's not easy earning a living in this industry these days and it doesn't
make it any easier when images are used without pay or permission. For
bloggers I usually ask 1) that the image be watermarked with MY name and
2) a credit and link to my website appears directly below the image.
Thanks for your understanding and also for having the decency to respond.
The individuals who are running the site to which sent the link have not
responded as of yet and I am in the process of taking the necessary steps
to ensure they do.
Lastly I would like to add that ...
... just because someone else is doing it doesn't necessarily make it right.
In this case, it certainly doesn't.

It's called theft.

Could you either remove this photo (Tsukiji fish market) or be courteous enough to credit it to the photographer?
