Not sure why but I never thought I'd see anything like that. I guess if it helps spread the word then good for them! Gotta love marketing...

Nice find...

Markus

Re: uglychart.com: a blog about stocks » Blog Archive » Micronized resveratrol through the buccal mucosa

LOL on the "Nasal intake Method"... I wonder what the bioavailability is myself. May look a little fishy taking a white powder substance that way :)

I believe some people on the ImmInst forums (http://www.imminst.org/foru... have discussed the buccal delivery method and how you are taking it. It seems to be becoming a more and more popular delivery method. I would think you could take a much less dose then if you're taking it in a non-micronized oral dose.

I have about a months supply left of capsules and will give it a shot.

Enjoy the buzz...

Markus

Re: uglychart.com: a blog about stocks » Blog Archive » Micronized resveratrol through the buccal mucosa

Hey Mike,

I've been doing a bit of reading myself and have been thinking about switching to the buccal delivery method as well. I currently have the capsule form of micronized-resveratrol so I am going to finish it up and then probably try this method. Currently I take my capsules with some form of juice, usually Grape juice, which I've also researched as helping to improve the bioavailability of resveratrol.

Looking forward to seeing your updates regarding your experience with resveratrol and specifically the buccal method.

Hope all is well,

Markus
http://www.myresveratrolexp...

Re: International Business Machines Corp. (IBM): $1 Trillion Market Cap by 2020

Hey Mike,

Sorry for calling you "ugly" in my last post :) IBM's chart looks poised for a breakout into new highs after this sideways consolidatation work it's been doing since it's last run up. When tech begins to rebound sharply people will jump into the names they feel comfortable with first and IBM is certainly one of them. I'd like to see it test and hold the 50 day ma prior to the next run followed by an increase in volume. As for buying IBM being a safe bet, I think in this market nothing is safe short-term, but longer-term you're take seems to be dead on. I don't hold a position in the stock but it is always on my radar.

Live Longer,
Markus

Re: Upping the resveratrol dosage

Hey Ugly,

Great site. I have been taking resveratrol for about 3 months now and have seen many positive results. Combined with good diet and some excercise it has become a staple in getting back in shape for me. I was taking 1000mg of 99% per day but recently switched to a 500mg 98% micronized version. I'm sticking with the 500mg a day for now and will be bumping it back up to 1000mg shortly. The imporved bioavailability the micronized version offers could prove to be much more effective.

I author a blog called http://www.myresveratrolexp... which details my personal experience with resveratrol as well as information on new research and developments. Come check it out if you have some free time.

Live Longer,

Markus
