No, babies don't know right from wrong. Once you acquire that understanding, then you are held accountable to it.

To your previous comment about parents killing children, that is the result of the same sin nature. Part of the imperfection that spread after the first sin was, as should be obvious, sin happens. People do severely unthinkable (that's an understatement) things because we are sinful. Some parents, for whatever reasons, murder their children. It's quite obviously not right, but it follows from the metaphorical card we plucked from the deck.

Like it or not, the standard demonym for people from or things associated with the United States has become "American", as has the associated adjective. Additionally, convention has become that "America" is often used as a shorthand for "The United States".

Also, technically, there are two continents, viz. North America and South America, which are referred to together as "The Americas", and there is also Latin America (though IIUC it's more of a sociopolitical distinction with that term), so there technically isn't just one "America" either--it's made up of two distinct landmasses.

A) Not everybody drinks underage! I don't! And I won't drink unless and until I have attained twenty-one years of age!

B) Cops are agents of the law. It is currently against the law to drink when under twenty-one in the United States (a few exceptions notwithstanding). Your parents most likely did not always listen to their parents. Does that give you the right to disobey them? No, it doesn't. Pretty similar situation here.
