Although in most cases, we cannot judge someone's professional lives using sordid facts from their personal lives, it is hard to deny the lack of values one has to have if they are having an affair. It is a betrayal of trust, loyalty, integrity, and so on, and these are definitely qualities we would want in our politicians. At the same time, he is human, and people do make mistakes.

This is just the post I needed to read right now. I haven't been a caregiver for my grandmother, as she has been living in a nursing home. But between the two of us, my mother & I visit her every day but Sundays. She's at a state where nothing we do helps or matters to her, and that in combination with the fact that she always seems to be in pain makes it feel like we are just tormenting ourselves by going. I will remember these four things whenever I get into the slump of hopelessness that I feel when I am at those visits.

This is so true... the last few times I was stressed at my job, the negative effects trickle into all other areas of my life - my eating habits were worse (fast food, no home cooking), my exercise habits were non-existent, and I had a icky attitude towards the people closest to me. Then, when I recently changed to a better job, my eating habits improved greatly, I now play tennis 4 - 5 times a week and am taking dance lessons, and I'm much friendlier to all those around me. It makes a big difference!

I think Facebook is winning more traffic because it is less spammy than Myspace now, and for bloggers in particular, it is easier to share links and promote on Facebook than Myspace.

Great review... I have heard some bad things about the iPhone, and in general never get good service through AT&T in my area, so this helps in knowing what other options are out there.

The best thing to do is when you are trying to help his technique, not to make it about the fact that he's doing it wrong, but that you have certain things that turn you on when it comes to kissing. :)

I feel the same way when writing. It's primarily for myself, to release whatever emotions are either on the surface or just underneath. I can also describe a certain moment better with poetry than basic explanation.

This is a lifesaver if you have a machine that needs to be up and running 24/7. If it goes down, it takes a lot less time to get it back to where it was vs. having to rebuild it. Bonus if you have a spare hard drive that is already imaged to just plug right in.

I agree... IMDB is the site I always turn to for movie/tv information. It makes sense that they would have video, and doesn't seem like a play to compete with Youtube or the other video websites. They have plenty of other useful content, and this is just an addition to that.

Wearing perfume has it's perks and disadvantages. With my fiancé, he said that he knew I was into him because of the fact that I wore perfume even though we were just hanging out outside. But recently, I committed the faux pas of trying a new perfume, which one of his ex's wore. Needless to say I dumped that sample, because I certainly don't want to remind him of an ex that he didn't like.
