I'm still on the fence--last time I saw Dylan was at Midway Stadium with Wilco. After the show I said, "That's it, I'm done. His voice is gone." I do love Mavis though and she is so great live. But then you have to consider the Xcel, which is lame, I'd rather see Mavis at a theater.

Every time I see that guitar on a guitar stand on a piano I think Paisley Park hasn't thought this through enough. Those things are so tippy, someone is going to knock it over and break that guitar.

By law, you are not allowed to digitally enhance or alter your passport photo in any way. How is it that this 57 year old has no wrinkles or bags under his eyes?

I've had two weimaraners. They are smart, great dogs. However, they need constant exercise. They have a hunting instinct that make them go nuts when a squirrel passes by. They will eat anything left on a kitchen counter. They will not leave you alone. They will not be ignored. They are not low maintenance at all. I would not recommend getting one unless you have a LOT of time to devote to them.

Widening the intersection at Randolph and Lexington would probably make it safer for buses and pedestrians--there would be fewer drivers frustrated by being stuck at that light. That corner has been a bottleneck since Trader Joe's opened.

I think anyone who reads this blog will have more than one favorite. I'd say the obvious choices are Dylan, Neil, McCartney, Bowie. My personal favorite lately is Eric Bachmann.

Tickets to the 400 Bar show were gone in less than a minute. I tried at 12:00pm. I re-loaded the browser a bunch of times. I finally got the ticket screen and it was sold out at 12:01pm
