I'm super sad by the comments below and beg anyone to email me atgary@vaynermedia.com and come by Vayner for a coffee - I have come to really enjoy and respect this industry and I am super sad by the assumptions here ... I'm sure as many of you know a lack of context and tone can change much of any statement and article. I've been in business my whole life and would never aspire to do anything other than treat my team and heck other human beings well and run a business .. please take me up on my offer and please feel free to speak to the 750 people at Vayner before you judge who I am as a human.
