That article on the Crusades is amazing. It just makes me think that absolutely nothing we learn in school is real - from history to geography, maths and English. It's all just theories, beliefs and opinions.

Oh no, how awful for that poor woman. I cannot imagine a worse situation than the guilt she must now feel (being that guilt is a natural reaction, and her job was so important to her).

When i was a toddler, we went to see Bambi. And when Bambi's Mum was killed, I stood up on my chair and said "don't worry Bambi, she'll come back". Nice to know I had conquered the task of Trust vs Mistrust.

I tend to take photos at face value these days because you can never tell what was intended and what was just a lucky or unlucky mistake.

Haha - no - we were there for the cricket world cup and we got free tickets for the final on account of my best friends sister being on the organising committee. But I wouldn't go back for the football. We're going back in one year - November 2009.

The mountains are big and pretty and plentiful! I tried to find some of my own photographs online but couldn't so I will have to switch on my old computer this week to find some. The views are breathtaking in a different way to your views.

I had a dog that looked just like that. I intend to write a children's story about her one day. She was a born wanderer and kept escaping! :( She last escaped in July 2007 but I guess it was in her nature.
