Even if ACORN workers register a million non-existent voters, primarily because they get paid based on how many people they register, those million people are NOT actually voting on voting day. Even the Supreme Court has recognized this.  There is no evidence that people impersonate others at the voting booths.  So no matter how many fake registrants there might be, that has NO IMPACT WHATSOEVER on the outcome of the election! This plan could possibly benefit everybody IF the gov't made the right deal and aggressively demanded real equity stakes.
