Google Music is great to dump an entire library on - and I'd recommend doing that even if you use iOS, as an offsite backup! Just upload your entire collection. I think it sounds plenty good - and yeah, i reckon the Samsung EarBuds are as good as the Apple ones. I currently use Spotify though, and testing a pair of Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones with them. Amazing!

The way we used to do it back in the day on MacTalk, was the first person who gets an invite gives it to the person who comments under them, they give one invite to the person under them, etc, etc.

Just a thought. Now who has an invite!

I didn't see anything revolutionary in iPhone from Apple yesterday, but I havent seen anything revolutionary from Samsung, HTC, LG, or Oppo in the phone space in the last year either. It's the sign of a mature market. One thing you might want to mention as a reason for Android fans to pay attention to the iPhone cycle is for the carrier deals.

You've linked to deals from Optus, Virgin and Vodafone in the last few days - it's no coincidence that most carriers deals start on the day the iPhone goes on sale.

Nope! They changed a few months ago apparently. The only international 7-11 ATM i saw was just outside of Kabuchiko.

The HTC One mini was easily the best so far - I was quite sad sending it back. I just wish it was smaller still. I'm hoping for a smaller Nexus, Moto, or even a HTC Desire to come out

Yep, it's pretty fucking awesome. I still tend to use Triptastic or Tripview for regular journeys, but when i'm heading somewhere new, it's so much faster.

Yep, I will not use Yelp while i can't review from a mobile device. From my phone i can write emails for work, record podcasts, log in and remote control my computer at home, reboot mailservers, but apparently i cannot be trusted to review a burger I've just eaten.

I haven't found Foursquare's database to be "regularly out of date", I'm a foursquare "superuser" and whenever i found a venue missing or with older info, i update it. I know quite a few superusers that do the same.

Cheers Nick, I guess with Multitasking i meant "Apple's implementation of it", the fast app switching. I found only going back with the back button a little clunky, i'd prefer something like Apple's idea, or the Palm Deck of Cards, etc.

I didn't know about the 35 apps number, but thats cool. I still think multiple homscreens would be a better solution though.
